This short note covers all properties of complex numbers that you have to understand to analyse AC circuits: The definition of complex numbers, conversion between polar and rectangular (Cartesian) representation, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in rectangular and polar representation. It is not so useful if you are interested in other topics than electronics because all explanations use electric symbols (R, Z and X) as examples. But if you need to know about complex numbers because you are studying electronics it is very good.
