If you already know the principle operation of Op Amps, this app note provides a short discussion of their DC parameters. If you are new to Op Amps, you should take a look at the free Op Amps For Everyone by Ron Mancini first.

The parameters that are discussed are Input Offset Voltage, Input Bias Current, Input Voltage Range (with a short discussion of the different input topologies of an Op Amp to explain the reason for the different voltage ranges), Open Loop Gain, Power Supply Rejection Ratio, Common Mode Rejection Ratio, Output Voltage Swing, Output Impedance, Supply Voltage Range and Input Current and finally the Temperature Range. Figure 2 provides a short overview of the typical characteristics of each technology (Bipolar, CMOS, BiFET). For more details, and also a more detailed discussion of the Op Amp parameters, take a look at the free Op Amp Applications by Walt Jung, chapter 1.
